During October half term, we welcomed families to Ramsey Heights for a Wild in the Woods morning.
New Pathways at Ramsey Heights

Ramsey Heights Nature Reserve
Ramsey Heights nature reserve and The Wildlife Trust Countryside Centre is an ideal place for a short walk through ponds, reedbeds, meadows and trees, with plenty of wildlife and fen heritage to explore.

Raised bog
Unlike blanket bog, which smothers vast tracts of the uplands, raised bogs are discrete entities, often individually named, and are mostly found within agricultural landscapes in the lowlands.
Group Visits
The Great Fen welcomes groups to visit and see the restoration work and habitats for themselves.
Educational Visits
Our reserves provide the perfect environment to engage in learning outdoors, with many facilities at The Countryside Centre to host educational visits for schools and clubs.
